Using the Service Master website, I selected Pulido's Overhead Door. I provided a brief description of my garage door problem. I received a call first thing the following morning. They came out same day and repaired my door in a timely manner. They adjusted, tightened and lubed every bolt. John provided helpful information in maintaining my door. I am thoroughly pleased with their work and additional information provided. I will use them again I highly recommend them to anyone requiring their services.

Great clean professional service. They arrived exactly on time with not even a minute late. They found the exact part to replace and did the repair very well. The only thing that was not for me was that they did not have the replacement part with them and so, they had to buy it for me from another similar contractor which cost me about $35 more than if they had it on them. They also gave me advice on how to maintain my fixed garage door. I liked them really as they saved me time and effort.
