+ -1 moreMario and his coworker Sam arrived when scheduled. They quickly found the problem. Rather than just fixing it with some of the many parts on the truck, they went to the nearby home center to get the exactly correct repair part. After fixing the problem, they identified the original cause, installed extra parts to limit future damage, and recommended ways to prevent additional damage. The cost and time were as quoted.
Description of Work: Repair of a kitchen drain pipe.

+ -1 moreMy kitchen sink as backing up and my attempt to snake it out was a failure, so I called The Drain Chief. I'm glad I did! Mario was at my house in about an hour and got right to work on it. The long big professional snake did the trick. I appreciated Mario's professionalism, friendly manner and most of all, his honesty. Highly recommended!

+ -1 moreWe have a challenging sewer line that Mario has helped me with for years. Besides being a pleasure to work with, Mario is Johnny-on-the-spot responsive, very experienced, well-equipped, and goes the extra mile to make sure job is done correctly. He gives me a fair price every time and could not recommend him more highly.
Description of Work: We have a very long sewer line that gets roots all the time and needs to be snaked. He has this giant snake that does a very good job, and we had to access the line at 3 diff. points. He came by in the evening and stayed for hours to make sure the job was done right.
