Jose arrived as promised and on time. Did a fantastic job cleaning up the mess we had with the clogged kitchen sink / grease using the hydro jet equipment and used the camera to show the end results, he cleaned up his stuff very well after. Jose and his co-workers were great. He arrived promptly, figured out where the clogs were and cleared them with a combination of hydro jetting and root cutting. The problem was the toilet. They hydro Jett the main sewer line , using a camera to demonstrate where roots were. Afterwards , the toilet flushing was still as slow as it ever was. Better support would have been to suggest YouTube video titled unbelievable Trick to Make Your Toilet Flush Like Never Before! On jayâ s How To Channel which showed how to remove calcium & lime deposits Fromm the jets of my toilet using extra strength vinegar poured many times down the overflow spout Iâ m the tank. They didnâ t even bother to check out the toilet until AFTER the sewer line Hydro-jet.

Jose and his crew came when they said they would and did what they said they would do for a very reasonable price, a rare experience. Before they closed everything up they called us out to show us what theyâ d done. I will definitely use So-Cal plumbing and Rooter again.

Jose, the owner returned my call a few minutes after I had contacted him said he would be out within 30 to minutes to an hour. He was there within that 32 minutes looked at the problem involving a gas leak. It was not an easy problem to try to solve its original work had been done eons ago he said he could do it, and had to buy a few more parts to finish. He did the job gave me an outstanding estimate, and I was extremely pleased with the work that he and his assistant Frank did highly highly highly recommend. I worked in retail over 25 years. Taught marketing for 10 years at community college and will always share positive experiences . Jose not only made my day he made my week. I can now look forward to having the gas company turn the gas back on for my house
