Two workers showed up, with one training the other. They were efficient and willing to explain to me what they were doing ....which I appreciated. The new water heater was more expensive than my wife and I had expected, but, it turns out, the cost was well within the reasonable range of others we spoke to who had a water heater installed. The new water heater has safety features and there are CODE requirements that did not use to be the case.......all of which add to the expense. we were quite pleased over all with the equipment, the speed, the quality of the product we got, and the clean up and disposal of the old water heater.

Attempt to clear the drain failed so they only charged half the price.

Mauricio did an initial assessment to see if we could avoid a full shower valve replacement but it was shot (likely original 50 years old) and needed to be replaced. He insured water to the house was not turned off longer than necessary. He explained options thoroughly, was professional, and got the job done quickly and to my satisfaction.
