Very fast and efficient and knowledgeable

This guy is a lier. Scheduled to come for a repair twice. Each time I had to coordinate with my tenant so they could give access since the tenant has a dog. Each time, without contacting me to say he needed to reschedule he did not show up. Twice. Over two days. I am not sure why I kept trying to work with him, other than I would tried him once in the past. Even then I was not impressed by anything in particular that he did. As a small business owner myself I could not imagine running my business this way.I cannot imagine that he gets many repeat customers. Do not use this plumber. There are so many other options it does not make sense to waste your time on liers.

Arrived on time and hydro-jetted my outside drain for half the price of the other plumber

Jose was very responsive, arrived when he said he would and quoted a very fair price to replace my elderly auntâ s water heater. Once the work was completed, his invoice reflected his quoted price - no surprise charges. Jose explained everything thoroughly, worked efficiently and cleaned up the area when the job was completed. My aunt knows many people in her neighborhood and has many friends and relatives in the Burbank area and will be recommending Jose for any and all plumbing needs!

So-Cal Plumbing (contact Alex for residential) responded to our problem actually two days earlier than we expected. We needed to have one of our tub drains unclogged, but actually our whole under the house, raised foundation outflow drainage system (the original steel pipes) needed to be replaced. Alex did a great job, within a day and half, doing all of that for a reasonable price. Took his time to talk us through the what, and why of what needed to be done. Definitely recommended!

Jose was at our residence right on time. Looked at the water heater needed to be replaced. Pointed out all the requirements needed to do the job place what he would do extra. Gave me the quote. Asked him a few questions, which he answered without any hesitation. Him and his assistant did the job the way they said they were going to do. The end result was great and was a job well done. I feel very satisfied and comfortable with those results. GREAT!!!!!!

They quoted 1330, then updated to 1550, then tried to add more work quoting over 4000. I don't appreciate the attitude & let's see how much more we can get. Beware!
