The manager didn't do a great job of communication. I did most of the followup on when they would come (he didn't return phone call right away). This was my major area of concern. The guys who did the installation and measurement (Jacob) were great. They were on time and did a great job while here. I would still use them but if I didn't it would be because of the communication from the office.

These guys are awesome!!! Use them. I am so happy with my shower door, it's seriously stunning. From start to finish they were exceptional. Don't worry about getting tons of bids, just make one phone call! I have even remodeling my new house over the past several months, working with tons of vendors. These guys were wonderful.

I called these guys twice and twice they said they would have someone contact me to give me an estimate. I described the job, which is about a 25K project, and I can't believe they never called me back. Either they are incapable of such a large job or so unprofessional that they can't run their business properly. In any case, it would be in your best interest to look elsewhere...ANYWHERE but these guys.

The guy was about three hours late. Didn't have putty for the window. Took the window away with him and returned about an hour later with the repaired window. No putty? It's like a plumber without a pipe wrench.

Excellent! Frank showed up on time for the estimate and was very professional. He was very thorough and used tape to mark on the base exactly where the glass would go for the installer. The glass was ready for installation within four days and the installer showed up on the scheduled day at the scheduled time. He was also very professional, neat, and paid attention to the markings on the base. We are very happy with the job and have not had any problems to date. Also, there weren't any issues (chips or cracks) resulting from the recent earthquake. Frank followed up after a month to make sure we were happy with the job. We would definitely use them again.

we just had our shower glass door and glass walls fabricated and installed by Frank's team and they look beautiful ! great people, great price, very professional ! i would definately recommend them and plan to use them again. the installers were great and took great care to protect our stone so it would not get scratched. overall an excellent experience.

The master bathroom required special handling because we have a steam shower installed. We required glass that would keep the steam in when we wanted it, but let the steam out for normal day-to-day use. Frank suggested a swinging transom that fulfills both needs. The floor-to-ceiling glass is beautiful, and the hardware used by Frank fits our style; minimal, non-fussy. The small bathroom has less complex glass, glass walls and a swinging door, but the clear, inobtrusive styling ensures that the tile, the star of the room, is showcased beautifully. We also had a mirror installed in the master bathroom; I'd hated everything I'd seen, and after talking with Frank a few minutes, was able to design a look that suited our home and lives. The clipless installation method ensures that the beveled edges of the mirror are not obscured, and Frank did beautiful mirrored outlet covering to match the mirror. I have to say that these were a pleasant surprise as I would not have considered installing them, and when I saw the finished work, I was so happy.
