Best Care Tree Service Inc

We have used Best Care Tree Service for at least three years. They are wonderful--responsive, professional, and punctual. The crew is very careful with other plantings and makes sure that their trimming keeps the trees not only looking good but healthy. We are very happy with their work and will continue calling on them to care for our trees. Our experience with them has been 100% positive!

John was great. He gave me a good deal, did the work fast, and was early to the job. He's always clear and thorough explaining what they are doing and always makes a point of talking to the neighbors and making sure they aren't bothered by the work that's happening. And the crew always cleans up perfectly. Couldn't ask for better.

Everything went great!. We hire John and his team annually to perform work on our trees, and everything went as smooth as usual.

I had a very old and very large pine tree destroyed by bark beetles. John came out to the home and did a professional site survey and discussed the best course of action to safely remove the tree. Due to the positioning of the tree and it being in the hillside, it required a crane. He and his team then performed an exceptional job in the removal. Safe, efficient, and clean and reasonably priced. Highly recommend John!

John came by and gave me some excellent advice. He spent an hour with me for free going over all my options. He's professional and super friendly. We are using John this next Winter to remove the trees we need removed so we can go ahead and plant new ones. I would recommend John at Best Care Tree Service in a heartbeat.

I called John and heard back right away. I texted him photos of what my trees looked like and what I wanted. He got back to me within 15 minutes with a price and a date for them to come out. They came out the following day. John was not able to be there but he had his Foreman text him photos of the work. He then sent them to me to make sure I was happy with the work. I asked if the could please clean up some of the hair off the palms to make them look neater and he said no problem. Not long after he text me another photo to see if I was happy with it. I said yes! I really like John's attention to detail and his willingness to make sure the job is done right and I was happy. I am extremely happy and will definitely have them back to cut the palms again. John and his team truly are the best!!!!!!!

It couldn't have gone better! They did a fantastic job! This is the fourth time I have had them come out to trim my palm trees. They have always done an amazing time and this time was no different. I called John and heard right back from him. I sent him photos and was given a quote and a time within the hour. They came out the next day to do the job. John wasn't there but he had his guys send him photos of the job. He then text me the photos to make sure we were on the same page with what I wanted. I asked that they clean up one of the palms a bit more and he said no problem. Then sent me another photo to make sure I was happy. Which I was. The palms look amazing. I will definitely have them back to cut them again. They are so nice and attentive. I really appreciated all of their hard work. I wouldn't trust anyone else! We did have another company cut them years ago and it was a nightmare. I will never do that again.

John's crew showed up on time, performed the work very efficiently and left no trace when they left. The job had a number of challenges, including interferring power lines, bees, and neighboring property issues. All were addressed upfront and very professionally so there were no surprises.

John and team were great. John is a very honest and professional contractor. He talked through everything with me in terms of recommendations, what the project would be like, what his team would do and really helped me know what to expect. And he really knows his trees :-) he timed the project for the better health of the Pine Tree - to ensure it did not go into shock and remained healthy. For me it was a massive project - For them - they made it look easy because they were organized, worked hard, and got the job done. I had neglected the maintenance for a number of years - and the team got everything back in shape. And for the Cherry on the Sundae - The team had removed light bulbs along the house to ensure nothing was broken - when I noticed one was missing there was no question -- the very next day it was promptly replaced by the light bulb fairy. This was much more than I expected.

Second time I've used Best Care Tree Service and I'm so glad I did. John Colizzi is very professional and is very easy to work with. He and his crew went above and beyond. John worked me into his very busy schedule to beat the arrival of El Ni?o. He and his 8 man crew arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. They trimmed and/or shaped 5 trees, treated and cut out deadwood of two dwarf citrus trees, trimmed one large bush, and removed a 20 foot high cape honey suckle hedge which had 10 trunks. John brought in a very cool machine to fit into the narrow space between the house and fence to grind out the honey suckle stumps. They even cut down 3 metal poles which used to support the hedge. Very nice. The crew left our property cleaner than when they arrived. Outstanding work all around.

John and his crew showed up on time and got right to work as they have on previous jobs. They displayed expert skill in removal and dropping of branches from up to 40 feet, with no ground damage. The trimmers showed careful use of safety equipment, and communicated with the groundsmen to ensure their safety. Work progressed rapidly under the foreman's guidance. When they wrapped the job the yard was clean (cleaner than yesterday!), the trees looked great, and I am now comfortable that they can survive this winter. There's a lot more light for the undergrowth as well. I have personal experience with aerial work and with rigging. These guys are good.

Everything went great as usual. I've used John and team in the past, and everything has always gone super smooth and easy. I contacted John to let him know what services I'd like estimated. As he's been to our house before, he allowed me to just shoot him some quick pics and email them his way. The price was fair as always. We scheduled a date that worked best for us, and he was out first thing in the morning. The job took about 3 hours. Everything was cleaned up, including the pool, afterwards, and all palm leaves and debris left with his team. Extremely happy with the job, as always.

This is my second time using Best Care and am very pleased with their work. John was easy to get a hold of to schedule a walk through of my property and write up an estimate. He arrived right on time for the scheduled walk through. His knowledge of trees is clear when walking the property. He can identify all tree names from memory and knows exactly how to care for each species. Both times I have used his company the price for the work was very reasonable. The day of the service he showed up with his team right on time. His team was courteous and detail-oriented. The quality of their work was outstanding. They clearly know how to shape and thin out trees to not only look aesthetically pleasing but to trim in a way for the health of the tree. The care for other plants and furniture in the yard as not to damage was appreciated. After all the trimming was completed they made sure to clear off and remove all branches and leaves from my roof. Also they left no leaf or branch that fell to the ground behind when cleaning up my grounds. They left the yard immaculate. John took before and after photos and even made a follow up call that evening to make sure I was happy with the work. Extremely professional guy. Would recommend to others and definitely would use again!

It went very well. John was patient to walk through everything we wanted done while remaining flexible to our changing needs. He always returned calls or emails promptly and was well educated in his field. His crew was wonderful to answer questions and work with us. The work started the day and time scheduled and the crew worked diligently throughout the day. They clearly knew what needed to be done and stayed on schedule as anticipated. If anything needed clarification, they would seek us out to ask, which I really appreciated. I felt my trees were in good hands too since everyone was mindful of making the most health conscious choice for the tree in question. John is honest and upfront about every aspect of the bid and a joy to chat with. Thank you John!!!!!

As expected. Showed up on time and got to work. The mulberry was an unexpected wrinkle but it was diseased and had to come out. They worked until dark to finish the job.

John and his team were extremely professional from the start and promptly responsive to the initial call. I explained the situation, that we had a large tree that we urgently wanted removed, and he had his project leader out to see the tree the next day with removal scheduled within 48 hours. The job went very smoothly, he showed up precisely on time, offered to call that morning (and did), reviewed the scope of work in person, and supervised the majority of the job himself. The tree itself was in a difficult location, right at the property line abutting a structure and with cable wires running through the branches, but his team did an excellent job of carefully roping the branches down without incident. All windows and landscaping (right under the tree!) were carefully protected, and following the job, they made sure that our yard was clean... and introduced themselves to our neighbors' and cleaned any small debris that had fallen in their yard too. The price was fair to begin with, but was even better following the Angie's discount John offered (on brought up on his own, i might add). All in all, it was a stress-free and professional operation, I would use him and his team again in a heart beat!

The job went great! John and team showed up right on time with more team members than expected which was great. Very professional, and all worked well together. The job took about 4 hours. They cleaned as they went, including the roof and our pool, and left nothing behind. We were extremely pleased with John and team. Even our neighbors came over upon seeing the completed job, and had John's team remove a large over grown tree as well...same day. Estimate was quick and professional, lower by $200 then the other estimate I received. Following day they did the job, around 2 they finished, we walked around to check if everything was done as agreed. It was.

I was calling around for brush clearance service. John was honest about what a tree service company provides verses finding a landscaping company to come out and pull the weeds on my hillside. I wish I had trees just so I could use John's services. Very friendly, professional, and honest person.

On 7/6/13, Best Care Tree Service, Inc. visited our house for a tree removal quote. John was punctual, gave a great presentation, was very professional and his estimate was competitive.

I have two very large palm trees on my front lawn and I thought there were causing structural damage. I called Mike and some other companies to come to my house, look at the trees and give me an estimate on how much it would cost to remove them. Mike was very prompt in returning my call and scheduling a time in the next couple days to look at the trees. The appointment was scheduled at 6:15AM, he arrived at 5:45AM, (I had asked him to call me when he got there but since he came a half hour early, he decided not to wake me.) He did the survey and then, at the the appointed time, called and told me he would give me an estimate. I then told him that I wanted the trees removed because of possible structural damage (which I had not told him before). Mike then informed me that if that was the reason why I was removing them, it was not necessary because palm trees did not do the kind of damage I was thinking they did. He said I could save my money and keep the trees unless there was another reason why I wanted them removed. I greatly appreciated his honesty. I was ready to have the trees removed and he would have made the sale. The next time I have a serious tree problem, I will call Mike.
