 + 1 moreTom is the consummate professional, and a gentleman as well. We had a variety of repairs and retrofits prior to condo conversion. Tom is a seasoned professional with a wealth of knowledge and creative resources. He acted as general contractor, bringing in other trades as needed. Tom's subcontractors, electrical and plumbing were similarily competent, punctual and creative. He followed through on every detail, discussing costs prior to proceeding and responded to all requests for information.
Description of Work: Supervised our punch list of from SF Building Dept. prior to condo conversion.

 + 0 moreTom removed old floor and put in new tile and base board. He was truly professional and had a great artistic sense which I totally appreciated. In stead of a basic layout he came up with a pattern in the small area which really made the job stand out, I never expected that! I highly recommend.
Description of Work: Retiled indoor foyer, removed old floor and replaced base board.

Description of Work: Bathroom remodel, included tear out of old cabinets, bath, toilet and installation of custom tile, new bath, vanity, glass shower enclosure.
