Gary was great! Professional, punctual and took the time to find the right shade/blind for our office. I would recommend him and definitely use his expertise again.

Quality work from a stand-up guy. Gary and his son were the installers - it's really a local, family-owned business that you'll be happy supporting with your business. They confirmed over email a couple days before, came on time, and were done an hour early (1 day job). All the treatments fit very well, even though my condo has noticeable settling, and they look great. Gary was also very patient during the quoting process. Stayed with me, reacting fast, even as I changed my requirements twice. And to his being a standup guy, when we found out on the final measurement that he had misunderstood me, he honored his original quote, even though it cost him money. They also took care of the rebate paperwork for me - saving me time. I'm really happy with their work, and would definitely recommend them.

Gary came to our condo for a free consultation. We had told ahead of time generally what we were looking for and he brought with him a number of samples of different type of window shades. Once we had selected what we wanted, he then meticulously measured every every window. The order took approximately 4 weeks to be delivered. Gary did the complete install himself and we were very pleased with the finished products.

We needed living room shades and were also interested in exploring replacement of some shades in other parts of our home. Gary came to our home a few days later with sample books and ideas. He was friendly, professional and informative. We discussed shades for all the rooms and received estimates a few days later. Before we finalized the order I asked him to come out again with the samples as I wanted to make sure the color was as I remembered and he was very gracious about making another visit. The shades were installed today and are beautiful! We'll be using him again. 12-11-12

He was a really good guy. They brought up things I didn't even think about. They brought me samples. They were really good. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. They explained everything to me so I could make a decision on what was available. It is hard to find somebody this good.

He was punctual. He was professional. He does not try to up sell. He understands customer needs and rises up to the situation. He did not leave any mess. He did everything at an off site. He would bring it to the home and install it and everything took place less than an hour. He would install everything very quickly. I would use him in the future.

We called for a no-obligation in-home consultation for shades for our bedroom. Gary is knowledgeable and was very helpful with navigating the various window covering choices, styles, features, etc. He listened to us express our preferences, yet when asked for his recommendations was able to provide just the right amount of advice and help us to reach what turned out to be a great decision on how to put shades on our tricky window situation. I'd definitely use him again and recommend him to others. We got no pressure during the no- obligation in-home visit.

Initial consult: Garry was extremely patient as he explained the various options and considerations for selecting the right shutters for my room. His advice was practical and very helpful. His experience and passion for his work was evident. He was flexible with his pricing, matching a competitive quote. Installation: He and his son did the installation. They were prompt, courteous and conscious - carefully moving furniture and covering the entire room with drop clothes. My condo is 100+ years old. I doubt there is a single 90 degree angle in the entire unit. Garry & his son paid careful attention to detail, made all the proper adjustments, and the shutters look beautiful. Overall: Garry was a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with.

This is my second time working contracting with Gary. Again, he was professional, reliable and true to his word. His estimate was what I paid. I am so sorry I didn't use him when I originally put plantation shutters in other parts of my house. He totally worked around my schedule and, in fact, I had a family emergency in the midst of the order coming in. He was completely willing to put off the job (even though that meant he wouldn't get paid) and again worked with my schedule rather than his. He said he would be there at 430pm and he was there when I arrived setting up to get to work.

Very well. Gary is helpful every step of the way. He helped me choose window coverings, and he installed them. They look and fit great.

Gary came on time with a number of samples for us to choose from, was very professional in suggesting the pros and cons of various options. He did the measurements and estimated that it would take 2-3 weeks for the new blinds to arrive. They arrived on time and were installed. He came back later to adjust one blind at no charge.

An absolutely positive experience. From start to finish, it went perfectly. When he was coming with samples and to give me an estimate, he was running late. He called to say he would be there in a few minutes and he was. He was thorough, professional and his estimate and time frame were as projected. He came to install, working around my schedule, not his. At the installation he was not happy with the way one of the shades fit, so he did adjusting and then had me test the shades to make sure I was happy with the fit. He also explained how they should fit and why initially they didn't. He has already measured for my next project.

Gary's service was excellent. I would definitely use him again and recommend him without any reservations. He is prompt, very personable, and clearly knows what he's doing. He gave me a 2-hour window on the installation and is careful to call with plenty of notice if he's delayed at any job. He removes all boxes, packing material etc. while he works and leaves no mess whatsoever. I frankly found his pricing a very good deal.

I FOUND GARY, THE OWNER, TO BE VERY PERSONABLE AND CREATIVE. HE WAS ABLE TO OFFER SOLUTIONS THAT WORKED, AND HE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. EVEN WHEN I NEEDED TO REMOVE THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR SHADE TO REMODEL - MUCH LATER - HE CAME BY AND REMOVED THE SHADE FOR ME AND REINSTALLED IT WHEN THE REMODEL WAS COMPLETED. THAT'S SERVICE.
