+ -1 moreWanted my parents' house deep-cleaned before Mom came home from the hospital. (Initially I had a horrible experience with Magic Brooms Cleaning Srvc --see my F rating review). John called back shortly after my msg and scheduled a site visit. My father & I were very comfortable with John's warmth. He was detail-oriented about specifics of our requests & explained everything thoroughly. Yesterday John & Maria cleaned for 4 hrs each, no breaks. Dad remarked that the tub look like it had been re-porcelained. They covered behind furniture, high, low, and tiny objects. Very sweet and unobtrusive folks. Our whole family looks forward to having them for maintenance cleaning every two wks.

+ -1 moreCalled Angie's List to look for someone who could clean my bathroom. That's when I saw Lorena's Perfect Cleaning and called them. Left a voice mail and soon enough John returned my call. Set up an appointment with him so he could give me an estimate for the service. After cleaning the bathroom, I was amazed and relieved how spotless my bathroom was. John is excellent with what he does and I highly recommend them for their excellent service.

Description of Work: John and Lorena clean my 2-story townhouse every 2 weeks. Monday was the 4th, maybe 5th time. They do a very good job. Twice I have asked them to change the normal time they come and they have done so without complaint or question. I haven't seen that they do "extra" things that I haven't asked them to do but I am fairly certain that if I asked for something they would do it. They bring their own supplies and vacuum cleaner. They are careful with my cat. They have been respectful and quiet when I have been home while they clean. They are pleasant people. Unless things change, I plan on continuing to use them.
