Chris tried to repair our old gas range, replacing 2 needed parts. Unfortunately, there are additional issues so we are replacing the range. Chris is very easy to work with and we would certainly call him again.

It was not exactly as they said they would do. They delayed and I waited for six days, they rescheduled for two days. They fixed it and it became broken again and then I called them an they came back and they said there was nothing they can do and if they were to fix it they would charge me a lot of money and they advised me to buy a new refrigerator. They wanted to teat it like it was a different issue and they could not Identify the problem. So after all this suffering I had to buy a new refrigerator.

Chris was able to come the day after we phoned, was on time and had the parts so he was able to fix the refrigerator immediately.

.Chris was professional and quick with his diagnosis and repair. His price was quite reasonable and he serviced my refrigerator on the same day I called even though he told me it would be at least 6pm before he could arrive. He called to let me know his timing about an hour before he arrived.

He shows up when he is supposed to show up. He is casual, but he knows what he is doing. He actually fixes the issue. I have had some bad experiences with other companies before.

I called Lewis Appliance on a Sat. morning not knowing if he worked then. His fee to come out and give me an estimate to fix non-working stove burners was very reasonable. I was pleased to reach him. He and I set up a time for later that day which was very accommodating. I was stood up by another major chain service company the day before so was desperate to have it fixed. He showed up within the hour window given which again was so much more pleasant than the 4 hour window I got from the major chain service co. I had a different problem that was somewhat associated with the range functioning and amazingly instead of saying he can't help me until that problem was taken care of, he went and fixed my other problem. I was totally stunned at how nice that was for him to go and take the time to fix a problem that wasn't regarding the range. Now that's a wonderful person and I will always use him from now on to fix all my appliances and not use the major chain that I had been using previously because I knew no better. He analyzed my stove top burner situation and showed me that the screw was rusted in and in no way was it coming out. He tried and the burner collapsed from the rust. I would need new burners and connectors. I saw it was hopeless to keep the old range. His conclusion was he could fix it for $250 but the Magic Chef's were notorious for the oven burner/lighter to break so I would end up having to replace that in the future so go with a new one. I appreciated his honesty in that he could have made more money replacing parts but chose to guide me in the better choice.

I called Lewis Appliance at 7pm on a Friday night when my refrigerator seemed to be overheating. Chris, the owner, was getting ready to end his day, but he agreed to backtrack into the city to help me out. He arrived even faster than he said he would, and fixed the problem in less than an hour. He was polite and seemed extremely honest. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I will definitely call him for any future repairs.
