Whatever you do Never hire this man for any job whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not one to write reviews. I have never yelped anyone or gone on a public forum to trash talk before. But the last couple months of dealing with this man and his crew from h*** has broken me. 3 months ago He was hired by my landlord to put a new roof on our building. The job was supposed to take 2 weeks. They covered the whole house in scaffolding . You do not need to do that for a roof. I have put a new roof on a house with 2 ladders and it took a week and a half.The job dragged on for 3 looooonnnnggg months with him and his crew showing up any time of the day and working until whenever they please. One night i confronted James (aka jimmy ) at around 1030 pm as he was on the roof with a leafblower blowing debris down onto the street. He just told me to f*** off. He Threatened other people in the building as well. He did not provide a portopotty for the crew so they were just p****** off the side of the building. At one point when i was not home one of his crew walked into my apt and used the bathroom while my female roomate was scared out of her mind in the other room. That is called Breaking and entry! They would disapear for days and then show up after dark and and start banging on the roof. There was never a job card posted or company sign posted. He was illegally blocking off parking spots (its not that hard to get a parking permit)on the block for his pile of s*** truck. I got sick of it and moved them and parked my truck. He threatened to chain my truck to his and drag it in the street. He was literally screaming at me in the street threatening to kick my a** and calling me a p*** a** b**** for calling the cops. The cops came and his tune changed. Finally my deadbeat landlord( i wont even start about her) decided to kick him off the job. He had to be escorted by the police off the property. There is more to the story but it is infuriating me just writing this down. Never under any circumstances hire this man! unless you are massochist.

He did a good job. I had an addition built on the house. The contractor had used him for the roof on the addition. He got here on time.
