 + -1 moreWell, he pretty much ignored me when I told him what I wanted done. He wrote up an entire estimate (which I didn't want) and then he was off. He sort of disregarded what I wanted, so obviously we didn't hire him. Sorry about date. It's a guess, but it was probably early 2014. I don't have access to my files to look up the estimate right now.I'll look for it if you want me to.
Description of Work: Nothing. I called to get an estimate, not on the whole roof, but on a roof "tune up". In other words, nail down shingles that the wind might catch. I thought I made it clear on the phone that I actually wanted someone to get on the roof to inspect it. Anyway, he drove up in a car. I think it may have been the Senior Freutel, who showed up, but there was no ladder to even take a close up peek at our roof.

 + -1 moreThe estimate was a little more than expected, but they were prompt and polite. They were very thorough, and I though it was a fair estimate. I would consider them in the future, if work was needed. They were prompt with their quote, they contacted us via email also and were right on time.

 + -1 moreThey did a super job. From start to finish the experience was relatively painless. We could probably have gotten the work done for less money (we didn't get other estimates), but I don't know that we would have been as satisfied with the service. They arrived on schedule, cleaned up after themselves and were extremely pleasant and professional. The original estimate was to finish the job in three days and they were done in two (although the skylight still needs to be installed). We're both really very pleased.
Description of Work: During the first rain of the season we discovered two leaks in our ceiling. A friend recommended Freutel very highly, so we contacted them. Turned out, we needed a complete tear-off and new roof job and our skylight needed to be replaced.
