Mitch was great to work with. We reviewed what was needed and confirmed the progress daily so we both knew what was needed to finish the job. Great communication. Great job.

Franco arrived punctually as scheduled, did the job I wanted, did it well, and even took care of something I had not planned on. So, I will use Franco again.

There was a slight miscommunication regarding starting and stopping times for the project but we discussed things at length and came to an equitable agreement. Mr. Franco is very accommodating and reviewed his assistantâ s work carefully. He also ensured that I was satisfied. Overall, Iâ m very pleased with the results.

Mitchell is very reliable prompt and he doesnt keep you waiting for the job to be done.

Warning.. this guy is a crook and takes advantage of elderly people. My mom hired him to do some work and within 48 hours she called and texted him to cancel the job. To make matters worse he requested a $7,500 upfront deposit to buy the materials which were way over the amount to secure a job. And when we asked him to refund the money he said he already placed an order for the lumber and custom door. Which we all know is delayed due to supply chain issues and you can not get a custom sliding door in 2 days. Be warned this guy is unethical and untrustworthy.

It became apparent during out initial conversations that Mitch wanted to provide good service and do quality work, which is what they did. They used quality materials and did a really nice job replacing dry rotted fascia on my townhome. You can probably find someone cheaper, but if you want quality work it will probably be hard to get. I would hire them again.

Franco and his people were very professional. They did everything that we asked them to do. I would recommend him to all my relatives and friends anytime. He has also a word of honor which I seek and fail to find from the people that worked for us before.

He is very professional. I really love that. He fulfills his duties on time. He is not like the others that we've encountered. We really love this guy.

I was very pleased with his work it was done on time and what he said he would do he did and price was acceptable. Everything was cleaned when done and everything he did was just fine. I am very happy with the end result.

Although I had not needed his services for over a year, Mr. Franco was courteous and prompt in his response, and set me up for my damaged plaster ceiling repair quickly and conveniently. I had a number of projects that had been piling up over the years and I contracted with Franco Handyman Services and got them all done over the course of 2 days. I have work ranging from drywall repair, new mailbox and post, new door locks, security camera installation...and the list goes on. They stayed late to get everything done, they cleaned up after themselves as well as taking old mailbox away, this includes digging out old cement holding in post, I couldn't have asked for better work, my husband and I are extremely pleased and we would use them again.

Mitch and Fernando were on time for their appointments and they would text me when there were changes to the schedule. Fernando's workmanship was excellent. I would call them again for future jobs.
