+ -1 moreThey are very good. They were professional and wore uniforms.
Description of Work: We had rat infestation and they set up traps and also cemeneted under the stairs so they wouldn't build a nest. They also but grills outside the house so the rats coudn't slip through the cracks.

+ -1 moreMy experience with them was just ok. They did not catch any mice and I was not sure if there were any rats. I would not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Eureka Valley Pest Exclusion Inc to put of some chops and do some twitching in the garage.

+ 0 moreI've been using them for 1 1/2 years. He comes every other month because we have a big rodent problem in our neighborhood. He is very professional and always on time. He is a pleasant guy to work with and he takes care of our problem. His prices are reasonable.
Description of Work: I use Eureka Valley Pest Exclusion to come on a regular basis to check in our basement and in other trouble spots in the house and backyard. He sets traps in the yard to catch rats with. He also has stuff that he puts in the house where our dogs can't get it.

+ -1 moreThe owner was unable to do this kind of work (which I subsequently had done by another Angie's List referral, Lingruen Associates in San Francisco). However, I told the owner I was unhappy with my current pest-control service and was hoping to find a local resource going forward. He told me he was going on vacation for a few weeks; he didn't offer to contact me when he returned to discuss future service. When I told him what I was currently paying, he said he would charge me more. Frankly, he seemed extremely uninterested in taking on a new customer. I found his lack of interest very disconcerting.
Description of Work: I needed termite work done after removing bathroom tile revealed areas of termite activity.

+ -1 moreHE IS VERY RELIABLE, TAKES CARE OF PEST PROBLEMS AND KEEPS THE PESTS FROM COMING BACK. HE SHOWS UP ON TIME AND GETS THE JOB DONE ON TIME. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHER PEOPLE.
