Jeff answered the phone quickly. I had to cancel him twice and he was very nice about it. Our doors are at least 30 years old and he was very patient about working on them and explained to me what he was doing. then he explained again when my husband came home. He had to replace one lock which he didn't know he would have to do but was prepared. He carries a large inventory of locks. I would recommend him to anyone.
