 + -1 moreHe was very easy to work with. Helped my understand the problems. Patient in helping me understand, and patient in helping me find a new computer. I had many questions for him. He was always just a phone call away with any issues. All was done quickly. I didn't have to wait long times for him to get back to me, or to fix the problems. He and his phone number are a keeper.
Description of Work: I originally called him to see if he could fix my PC. It was not fixable. So he helped me choose a computer that would satisfy me needs. We decided on a Surface. He then set up my new Surface computer and transferred all info from my old PC to it. I later had a problem with accessing some information and I called him and he was able to solve it right away.
