Description of Work: The contractor provided an estimate, after going over what we needed done in detail, making suggestions and getting clarifications. He arranged for the right mix of subcontractors and the sequence of events needed to get the work done in a timely manner and with minimal disruption to our daily lives. He oversaw each step of the process and was active in making certain that the job was being done as per the plan. He made key suggestions along the way that made the final job even better than we anticipated, while finding places to make some savings. He came back several times after the major elements of the remodel were complete to personally fix a very small item that required special attention.
