Description of Work: They resurfaced the tile (which was a circa 1950 green) and the bathtub (circa 1950 pink )to a beautiful bright white. It turned out beautifully. They were professional except when I called them to come back to touch up the top of the tile. The top of the tile which is curved and can not be seen unless you stand over 5'10" had not been painted. It took several telephone calls before they sent someone out. Once he was here he corrected the problem and apologized. We are pleased with the outcome.

Description of Work: Bathtub refinishing. Estimate explained all possibilities/options, the availability of staff, time for completion. Traffic delayed servicing person by 10 minutes, but I got a call from the owner to explain his "lateness". He made sure to protect all surfaces in bathroom, put a plastic shield on the door to make sure vapors escaping into house were at a minimum, finished both processes in less time than estimated, was courteous, professional. The cost was more than other estimates but well worth it. In addition the company referred me to a Corian refinisher, since they don't do that kind of work who also did an excellent job.  + -1 moreIt went great. I had another estimate out before them and all they wanted to do was refinish the entire tub which was twice as expensive.
Description of Work: Repaired a chip in the bottom of my bathtub and put a new skid-proof covering on the bottom of the tub also. They also sealed around the inside and outside of the tub and another shower stall that I have in my condo.

Description of Work: They refinished a bathtub and the tile surround. The bathroom was a little used hall bathroom and I really didnt want to spend a great deal of money but wanted to update it. The bathtub was an outdated blue color and the tile surround was an off white. I called Miracle Finish and they gave me an estimate over the phone. I called back a few days later and scheduled the job. They came when they said they would and did a fantastic job. I could not be happier with the results

 + -1 moreI called Miracle Method several weeks ago and talked with Rebecca about the hole in my bathtub. She said it would be approximately $250. Because the tub is in a secondary bathtub and I am only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Rebecca said she would call when she could schedule me. It took three calls because of my schedule before it was finally scheduled. I received a call 30 minutes before the technician arrived. He was here about an hour and a half and you really have to look hard to see where the repair was made.
Description of Work: Miracle Method repaired a hole in my fiberglass bathtub.

 + -1 moreGood. Two items could have been better. A small styrofoam container of the refinishing product was left next to the toilet and it got knocked over and spilled. It was almost impossible to clean up and it took a week for the stuff to wear off my hands. The floor was going to be refinished so it wasn't a problem there. I instructed the installer that everything else in the bathroom was going to be ripped out so it wasn't necessary to cover up/protect. In retrospect, I wouldn't have said that because the toilet seat was gritty until we were actually able to replace it.

 + -1 moreThis company sent a rep. to pick up my toilet tank about 2 weeks before we scheduled the project. The work was basically completed in about 5 hours. The second day the worker came back to do a little touch up work and to rough surface the tub bottom. The smell was dreadful but after about 24 hours it had faded away. The worker masked off everything that could have been harmed by flecks of spray paint. My daughter used this company to do her tub about 8 years ago and it still looks great. That, coupled with the Angie's List comments, is what made me choose them. Also they guarantee their work for five years and with work done so well I am pretty sure they will be in business for a long, long time.
Description of Work: I had my bathtub refinished. They color matched it to my toilet (used the lid of my toilet for a sample) and it looks beautiful. The color paint cost $150 extra, but it was worth it to me because I love my 50 year old bathrooms with their colored fixtures and tile. I also paid an extra $75.00 to have a non slip surface on the tub bottom.

 + -1 moreThey came out two days after we called. The estimate they gave us over the phone was what they charged us. The tech was right on time and was very careful to cover the entire bathroom. There was no mess after he left. They told us it would take two days and it did. The tub and tile looks wonderful. It looks like a new tub and tile. I'm more than pleased with the outcome of the work. It looks like new.
Description of Work: They refinished my bathtub and tile. The bathtub had some rust that I was concerned about. They assured me that that wouldn't be a problem if the rust wasn't to extensive. They were very careful and covered everything in the bathroom.

 + -1 moreGood work, on time and friendly. Only issue would be slight clean up problem. Removed screen for venting purposes and didn't replace. Floor directly outside of bathroom was left a bit dusty. Bathroom door frame a bit scuffed/chipped. Regardless, bathroom looks great, old sliding glass bathroom door removed and thrown away etc. Additional effort taken to polish/buff bathroom counter free of charge which turned out quite nice. Not as nice as tub/tile but quite nice for only polish/buff. Miracle Method sells sales area to franchise so only Alameda County guy able to service Alameda county...therefore no price competition.
Description of Work: Tub and surrounding tile (3 walls to abt 6') refinish ($1050 inc interior bathroom charge). Non slip added to tub floor ($65). Additionally, polished up the sink countertop (2 sink) free of charge. Additional charge due to enclosed bathroom. If bathroom has exterior window then no charge. Seemed a bit ridiculous as small portable blower brought in with long plastic sleeve run through to outside window but whatever...maybe $30-50 charge. 2 day event: 1st day Sr. tech came over for 4 hrs. Second day, same tech and apprentice showed up to finish for 1.5-2 hrs.
