The personnel was friendly and nice. The windows were clean, but they could have done a better job cleaning the tracks and casings. Also the equipment used to wash the windows dripped on the floors and carpet. Plus they were about 45 minutes late arriving.

Mike was punctual and very pleasant to work with. The crew worked efficiently and did a good job. The roof looks amazing. My only concern was the tile breakage. Over the phone he said he would replace any tiles they broke but there was no offer to repair the two that they did. And I didn t ask him to pay for the broken tiles. He did offer a company to repair them however. Overall the house looks great.
