I was very pleased with Tri county service. Mike called me the evening of the day I filled out the request, and they did the job the next day. Kevin was great, fast, courteous and thorough .Perfect timing, just before the deluge hit on Friday.

I'd recommend not making this a required field.

Nice young men and worked efficiently. They had a problem (someone vandalized their work vehicle) for the first appointment but were on time for the next one. Expect to see them again next year.

They clean the roof gutters, downspouts, seal anything that needs to be sealed and if they see any loose roof tiles, or whatnot, they will nail it or put it back in place. They did my Spanish tile roof in about 45 minutes and cleaned up most of the mess. $175.00 was a fair price as I had not had it done in 6 or 7 years. I will call this company every year from now on. Price will be cheaper as not a lot of leaves and dirt will be built up.

I'm a contractor and I will use them again. Good crew.

They told me they could clean automobile fluid stains off of concrete pavers. They cannot and should not be telling you they can. They did say not all stains can be cleaned off, but many can and the others will be lightened. Not true. The driveway looks no different than before I gave them $175 to clean it. It was a total waste of money and an inconvenience to myself and my tenants. I suspect they will do no better on a concrete driveway as they did on my concrete pavers.
