I should have read Angie's list before scheduling with this guy. My initial experience was like the person in Beverly Hills. He was referred to me by a pool contractor, so I'm sure he knows his stuff, but he also was rude to me when I called. He did call back later and said it was because his customer he was with was giving him the look while we were having a conversation. He's got a very flip attitude! I did call him back to let him know the day I would be ready and he said he'd have a truck here at 11:00 am. It's now after 1:00 PM and I've called his office 2x, his cell phone, also sent a text in case he couldn't talk and NOTHING! I would be okay with running late, but you should communicate with people! My pool is currently empty as the water was "dead" so it was opportune for all. Now I'm going to have to refill it and have this done later with more hassle. I'm going to suggest to the pool contractor that he NOT recommend this guy. There is no excuse for rudeness.

I have never felt driven to write a bad review but the owner of this company was so incredibly rude and condescending, I needed to do this just to let go. I needed my pool bead blasted and spoke to the owner, Ron Laskodi. I said I needed to get the pool blasted and he asked where I live. I said Beverly Hills. He said, "When do you want to schedule it?" I said, "Don't you come first to give me an estimate?" He said, "If you think I'm trying to rip you off....." I interrupted and told him I had never done this before and was wondering what the process was as it's not an everyday procedure. He said, "I didn't call you, you called me, and if you don't want me to do the job....." Finally, I said, "Did I catch you on a bad day?" He said, "No, you're the one with the Beverly Hills attitude." I promise you this is almost word-for-word the exact conversation we had and I promise you I treat everyone with respect from my husband to our gardeners, pool man, exterminators, painters, etc. This man's attitude was shocking, frankly, and I really did think maybe I called at a bad time. He continued to berate me so I just hung up the phone, something I have never done before. I would sooner take a toothbrush and scrub the calcium off the pool myself than give this rude and condescending person one penny.
