Bob and his team of installers were professional in every respect. They coordinated with my contractor to ensure the cabinets and flooring were installed at the right time. Bob provided detailed measured drawings at no cost which re-enforced my belief that I was working with a professional that was confident in his own product and services. The cabinets are high-quality density board with water resistant surfaces. Hardware is solid and will last a life-time. The flooring provides a dust-free, stain-free non-slip surface. Great product. Great service. Hassle free in every respect.

Amazing! Ive never had a construction job go better than planned. Ever part of the job went smoothly. The floor was done first and the guys showed up early in the morning, were super friendly, got done efficiently and everything was ready for the cabinets to be installed. The cabinet installer was very professional, making suggestions about better placement for outlets and the whole thing ended up looking great. It's an expensive project (not this company - they are very competitively priced, but just the project in general) but I can't tell you how happy I am every time I walk out in my garage and open up a cabinet and everything is so easy to find. The cabinets are really well made and they're very deep and wide so it's extremely easy to get organized -- even for a packrat like me! I would recommend Bob and Premier Garage wholeheartedly!!

I had my large 2 car garage resurfaced. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. Responsiveness, solicitousness and the quality of the job are unaparalleled in most of these kinds of service businesses. The workmen sent to do the work were pleasant, clean, groomed, communicated clearly, and did a great job.

This is the second garage renovation that Premier Garage at Tailored Living has done for us and it is for good reason that we contacted them again as soon as we purchased our new home. From our first meeting with Bob to the final e-mail with Jackie, the experience was professional, efficient and very friendly. We are thrilled once again with the great workmanship and a garage my husband is happy to sleep in.

Premier Garage did an excellent job. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and they do nice work. We were unhappy with a couple of finish details and the owner came out promptly to repair them. I would highly recommend this company if you need to have a garage floor installed.

It went very well. They were very responsive and pleasant to work with.

They were awesome and did a great job. They were here on time and did better work than I expected. They even put part of the epoxy up the sides of the garage like four or five inches high so that there were no cracks or gaps at the flooring. They did a really, really, nice job and cleaned up after themselves. They were nice to work with and their prices were reasonable. They were fabulous.

On their second attempt, Preferred Garage Door Service did provide the service that I had contracted. The original window order was finally installed and I did get my receipt.

They did a lovely job by emptying the garage. We had new cupboards, new flooring and ceiling installed. We had badly cracked concrete flooring from previous earthquakes. They covered it with a kind of silicon. We just discovered cracks that have formed within a year from the time Premier Garage had worked on it. I called up the owner and he said he would come out and check it for us and try to repair it. I hope it was not poor workmanship from their side. They actually did a very nice job and were clean. We had spent quite a bit of money on the job. When I called them I told them that I might like to put in some cupboards since we do not park our car in the garage. I thought we could hang some wardrobe closets there. They were very amenable to that. I haven?t contacted them yet for this. I liked the technician very much. I had seen a picture of a garage that he had done. I believe he was listed in a magazine. He had cleaned up after himself and gave us ideas on where we could hang a ladder. He said he definitely wanted to look at the cracks on the floor.

They are extremely professional. The salesmen was good. They were very particular about their work. The original quote was right on when the work was done.

We were very satisfied. There was only one episode, they had to almost sand blast the floor. We had to put our things outside, there was a lot of dust and we had some covers on our things, but we had to live with the mess. Over all they did a wonderful job.

The owner is a guy named Bob Parizo. He and his partner were great to work with. I wasn't particularly impressed with his workers. When they came upon an installation issue, instead of asking me, when I was home, they went a head and did what they wanted to do. They should have asked me and let me make those decisions. We did have to make some changes due to this. Two of the cabinet doors they initially installed were chipped along the edge. This was very easy to see. They should have not installed it, told me about it and scheduled another day to come back with new cabinets. This was lazy on their part. Instead I had to go through the process of notifying the owners. They should have not installed these expecting me not to notice. I wasn't particularly impressed with this. If you hire them you need to be home to monitor the installation.

My experience with Bob was very pleasant. No hard sales. Now I can understand why. The products sell themselves. I would highly recommend Premium Garage. Having had the home improvement store type shelves for many years, they are no match to what Premium Garage offers.
