I actually contacted Luke as a result of watching him trim a neighbor trees. MY observation was that the company seemed professional - i.e., good, updated equipment, professional looking employees, well positioned work area, etc.. I asked for his card and called within a week for an estimate for my trees. I received a call back, set-up an appointment for an estimate - all handled promptly. During the estimate, it was apparent that Luke knew what was needed and he quickly gave a very reasonable estimate that I accepted. He and his crew arrived on time and once we went over what was going to take place, the work was done quickly and efficiently. I have had several other tree trimmers do these trees, but this is the best job that has been done to date. I plan on using this company going forward.
