Description of Work: they cleaned two rooms, two closets and a staircase. we had them add the enzyme solution where we had cat urine damage which was over priced at like $40 bucks per treatment. the enzyme solution did not seem to do much and once the carpet dried we could still smell the car urine. they were nice enough and despite bringing a very young girl they were I guess training they were still able to move our furniture. I think the cost was a bit much though.

Description of Work: The 2 men arrived within the estimated time frame. They cleaned the carpet in 3 rooms, the entry and hallway. They were polite and professional. They offered additional services but did not push when we declined.

carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreI had a yearly contract with them. It took three visits for them to complete the job. I have four years of maintenance which means I can call them any time I want them. I've been using them for probably twenty five to thirty years. They are very careful and don't damage anything. Their price is very good and they do a great job.
Description of Work: Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner came out in May 2010 for carpet cleaning. They cleaned two rooms of carpets and drapes.
