Rick contacted me promptly, was very professional in his presentation of what he could do. He gave a very fair and reasonable estimate of the cost (I had looked at other potential prices). Rick was willing to make the door purchase for me (which I payed for) to ensure we got the right sized - he was scrupulous to make sure the door he got had no scratches or dents even though he had to go to three different stores to locate it. Rick then - and this is why he deserves 6 stars! - was able to politely suggest some changes to my original idea, bringing up excellent points (he knows his stuff!) I happily agreed. The job was finished punctually. The work and clean-up were superb. I look forward to having Rick do future work when I need it. Thanks, Rick!

After not even being able to get a call back from several contractors, Rick Moat agreed to give the problem with my front door a look. I was very impressed with his thorough, logical approach to my problem. He performed several tweaks to my door that improved it right away. It s the kind of problem that no one wanted to take on as, short of replacing my front door (which was installed new only two years ago and I will state irrevocably, do not use Coast Door and Hardware, they do not stand by their work in any way), water absorption and intrusion are very hard to diagnose and fix. He is clearly very experienced, intelligent and personable. I will not hesitate to call him again for future issues. Thank you, Rick!!
