Beware!!!!!!!!! Our home warranty company referred these people to us since we needed replacement of our pool filter. They are crooked as a three dollar bill. They wanted to charge us over $1300 extra to replace the whole filter or they would just put a few parts in the mechanism and call it done. The woman I spoke with in this company is an uncaring, unkind and dishonest. Watch your pocket book.

They were quick to respond to my quote and to schedule install. They quoted me a few heaters and said they got the $400 gas rebate. I asked to upgrade to the Cupronickel Nickel version for durability. They said they would send my invoice so I could submit for the rebate. Turns out it does not qualify for the rebate since it is slightly less efficient. When I brought this to their attention I figured they would apologize and maybe offer to split the difference. Clearly they were not aware. instead they blamed me for upgrading... super disappointed with their response, certainly not customer service oriented. I guess Buyer Beware, I should have verified the rebates, even though they work in the industry and should know…. If they just said they did not know I probably would have been OK, instead they made excuses. to make things worse, they heater was not installed to code. They did not not ground, they did not paint the PVC black as required. All in all poor installation. When I asked them to come back to install the ground, they did not keep their appointment, and make an excuse about ordering parts. Obviously any installer is going to have basic wiring, if not there is a Home Depot around the corner. I called them out on the BS excuse, and they admitted they took a different job that was more important. Had they just said, we needed to prioritize a different job, we can come another day that would have been OK. Making up excuses, not OK. I for sure would not recommend this company. You will get sub-par service, and will face excuses if you ask to make them right. Very disappointed. Posting review on a few sites to make sure people are warned

I would put negative stars if that was possible. They were hired by my warranty company and they've come out 4 times now and still, the problem is not fixed. They do shotty work, trying to keep the cost down but don't fix the issue. The owner is rude, unprofessional and completely incompetent. Doesn't know the first thing about customer service, quality products or even pool equipment. Seems to not listen to the pool experts that know what they are doing. Screamed at me trying to convince me that she knew what she was talking about, and was completely wrong. Stay away from tgem. I'll be complaining to the BBB, CPA and the Warranty company.

Wow, this is perhaps the worst company I have used in years. First American Home Warranty contracted them to fix my above ground jacuzzi. What a nightmare! First, Bonnie, the receptionist is extremely rude and will bold face lie to you. In a nut shell. They performed a repair which didn't address the problem. They had to come back again, this time they said the main electronic board needs to be replaced. They supposedly ordered parts, came to do the repair....they ripped out all of the old electronics and topside control and placed a cheap, generic control. They said original parts couldn't be found which is an outright lie. The new control doesn't fit the spa and does not provide the same features that were there before. They left sticky glue all over the top of the spa after ripping off the old control panel and said that it wasn't their responsibility to clean it off. Additionally, the way they installed it, causes water to leak through the spa into the mother board. Bonnie would yell at me telling me that it was an equivalent panel and that everything works well. When I inspected it further, I found that they hid the wires to the ozonator under some spa equipment making it look like it was hooked up correctly, however it wasn't hooked up at all. This is straight fraud!!! They took the old equipment which has made everything that much more difficult to repair and rebuild. I have spent hours on the phone with First American and Pure Pools. This simple $400 job is not costing more than $2000 and taking months to hopefully complete. They came back to my house, without my knowledge and hooked up the ozonator! I found it correctly hooked up a few days after the phone call. Long story short. 10 months later I am still dealing with First American trying to get them to correct the mess that Pure Pools made! A new provider has had to rebuild the spa. With every aspect of the rebuild, I find where they cut corners, the tucked wires into the frame to hide them on multiple occasions. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! THEY MADE EVERYTHING WORSE. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND RUDE, THEY LIE AND TRESPASS!!! BEWARE!!!
