+ 15 moreThe house is a french style house with landscape designed by Jeremy Taylor Landscapes. The main driveway is paved with antique granite cobble stone from Boston. I got quotes from 4 construction companies and MCL came in the second lowest bid. I chose MCL due to the reference that they provided. I actually called and visited their past work which is very nice. The construction foremen is very nice to deal with. For example, changes made by the designer were very reasonable charged (labor only). The construction took about 6 weeks due to the delay of cobblestone shipment. The layout of the cobblestone looks like the recreation of a French cobblestone street. We love the driveway and makes the house look more European / French.
Description of Work: Remove existing driveway and install new driveway per design plan with fountain. Exposed Aggregate Concrete (1800 sq.ft.), Color Concrete Side Walk and Band (800 sq. ft.) with planter gap, Install Cobble Stone driveway (3,200 sq. ft.), City Mix driveway (650 sq. ft.), Custom Built Fountain, Limestone step entry way (200 sq. ft.), grading, concrete demolition and haul away.
