Description of Work: My garage door would "shutter" as it started to open or close. I called Kiki's Garage Doors/ Kiki came out the same day, diagnosed the problem as "an imbalance issue," and said the door needed "a $125 tune-up." Since he performed the work, the door as functioned quietly and properly. I am satisfied with his work and the price and would use him in the future.

+ -1 moreAfter the new opener was installed at 9:00 pm and they left, we noticed a thick coating of axle grease on the wall where the door was hitting originally. A week later the door was doing the same thing we called them out for in the first place. Now our door is developing cracks and we'll end up replacing the whole door. We called and they would not respond. We would never recommend them or use them again.
Description of Work: Asked to come out to service a garage door opener because the door was hitting the wall. Was told the limit switch was "broken" and had to replace the opener for $400.

+ -1 moreWe contacted Kiki's Garage Door because they are one of a few Garage Door Companies who provide the brand of garage door mandated by the HOA where we have our townhome. His estimate was below the others we received and he was knowledgeable about the type of door needed and the color and venting. He arrived on time with his crew and completed the project in the time estimated. The garage door looks and works as it should. He patched the wood frame and explained that he needed to return to finish painting the frame because he needed to let the patching dry. He returned and completed the job without any further calls within in the week as he promised even though he had already been paid. He is polite and pleasant to work with. To summarize: He is reasonable in cost, responsible, knowledgeable, reliable, and does excellent work.
Description of Work: Kiki removed old wooden garage door and hauled away. He replaced it with metal custom-painted and vented roll up garage door and garage door opener. He made sure that the door and color was per Marlborough Seaside Village HOA requirements.

+ -1 moreIT WAS GOOD, POSITIVE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THEY WERE PROMPT. IT WAS A COMPETITIVE PRICE. MY WIFE DID MOST OF THE INTERACTING WITH THEM SO I DON'T REALLY KNOW A LOT ABOUT THEM.
