He came out and looked at what I wanted done, told me he'd he would email estimate within 5 days. The estimate was delayed and I had to call Jon to request it. I got estimate, reviewed and emailed him back that once a few details were clarified, I'd like to schedule job. Waited 5 days and did not hear from him, Called and was told he never received my email and that he would call me that day to schedule job. He never called or emailed or contacted me. I absolutely understand if a contractor for whatever reason does not want to do a job but please don't waste my time and yours by not simply stating you do want or cannot do the job or your scheduling won't allow it. Very non professional service.

We hired them this time to take down a huge tree that was right next to a block wall and a deck. They took down each piece very carefully with rope without damaging anything. They were here for a couple of days getting that taken care of. They were on time each day and cleaned up everything very well when they were down. Also they were very careful to not damage anything in the yard. We have used their gardener service for about 20 years. They are always on time, don't raise their prices on us and do very good quality work.
