FLOORING 101/STAINMASTER FLOORING CENTER

We hired them to place tile in our home. They caused damages to the baseboards and the carpet in the guest room. We contacted them several times about getting the damages fixed. A month later they sent someone out to look at the damages and we were assessed that they would contact their contractor to come back and fix items. We were also assessed we would not be billed until the work was completed to our satisfaction. Now we've been sent a bill with interest and informed that they will not fix the damages that they caused but give us a $300 credit which will not even cover all the damages! Will NEVER use them again! Horrible work slow responses to issues and the we are left with damage to our new home!

THEY CAME TO MY HOME TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS FOR CARPET AND TILE. AFTER THEY INSTALLED THE CARPET AND DURING INSTALLATION OF THE TILE WE REALIZED 4 MORE BOXES WOULD BE NEEDED. WE PURCHASED 4 MORE BOXES. AFTER TWO WEEKS I CALLED THE STORE AND WAS NOTIFIED BY THE SALESPERSON THAT NOW FREIGHT CHARGES WOULD APPLY FOR THE ADDITIONAL 4 BOXES. IT WAS A BREECH OF CONTRACT SINCE I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF ANY POSSIBLE FREIGHT CHARGES THAT WOULD APPLY.
