+ -1 moreThey do not know how to treat for termites. Thei staff is rude, and it extends from the office staff members to the spray guys themselves.
Description of Work: Ecola retreated several areas of termite evidence. Sadly, their folks really have no clue what they are doing. Termites always remain and continue to eat away! Of course, Ecola hides behind their 'warranty' and does not take responsibility for repairing the DAMAGE done by termites they continue to miss.

+ -1 moreThey came to evaluate my powderpost beetle infestation. Kevin, the technician was extremely honest and informative. He explained my options and, rather than sell me a service that wouldn't work, he told the truth--that I would have to sand and treat the floors or replace them entirely, since treating them with insecticide would not be effective.
