As above I was out of town when my wife scheduled Ecola to handle the pests they seemed to be on the job and doing what they were suppose to. then out of the blue I got a registered letter from and attorney representing the worker. when we called the company to find out what was going on they claimed to have no knowledge about the matter, but that they would talk to the worker. we asked them not to come back because of the above and they were happy to walk away from their agreement. Leaving me to find where they places mice traps. Not knowing were they were places I found them by tracking down the stench of rotting carcass. It is my assumption that had the company not been involved with the scam they would have attempted to make the matter right. That however never happened. now I have to hire another contractor for the Job. I have rated there price with and F for the reason that they did not deliver the product I paid them for. I would have been happy to pay the price if they had done the work contracted for and not stabbed me in the back.
Description of Work: Stay away form this company. We have a terrible problem with a mice infestation that seemed to come out of nowhere Ecola came out and did several good handlings, blocked holes and cut back the vegetation, But the technician on his own claimed our dog bit him and the proceed to hire a lawyer to sue us. The claim was bogus and reportedly not done through the company. When we called the company they claimed to know nothing about it. But the letters from the lawyer kept coming. It was pointed out to us that it was a scam operation as the technician did not follow protocol in reporting the alleged bite to his company. We called Ecola and told them not to come back because of the above and they were happy to walk away having taken the money. I now need to find another pest control company to finish the job I paid Ecola for.

The whole process went extremely well. The inspector, Nick, arrived as scheduled and was very courteous, candid, and informative. He inspected that attic in addition to the outside areas of the house. He answered all of the questions and provided alternative solutions. We choose to go with Ecola Services and to treat the house in a localized process with the electric shock method. The individual who did the treatment was also on time, was very courteous, and answered any questions we had regarding the procedure. The cost of the treatment ($850.00) included two years of yearly inspections which, if termites were found, treatment is covered. Also, some companies will charge for a full inspection with the cost being applied to the cost of the treatment. Ecola had no charge for the full inspection. Would I use Ecola again? Yes.
Description of Work: Inspect for whole house for termites and treat.

We spend about $150 on that service for the annual contract. They are real responsive if we ever see anything like any termite dropping or anything, they come out pretty fast and treat them. They are always willing to treat whatever we think needs to be treated. We had our house siding replaced on time and they came out and treated it after the old siding was off before they put on the new siding and it was free.
Description of Work: We have a yearly contract with Ecola Services Inc. and they come out and inspect and treat termites.

We are in an annua service contract with them. It was very poor service. They sent out three different people. The guy that came out sold us on this idea, which he didn't tell us the full story. Every time I would talk to someone different I would get a different story. The problem with this oil method is that they only treat where they can see. So, they don't treat underneath or in the walls. They left a lot of information out that affected our house.
Description of Work: They were pathetic. We used them twice, but that's only because we are under contract with them.
