Description of Work: I telephoned the provider and left a voicemail message about the problem with a possum and asked them to come out, bait a trap, and I would let them know when the possum (or anything else) was caught. I received a call back and the person asked me to explain the problem with the possum (I didn't want one), where was the possum (under a shed in my backyard), and when did I see I last see the possum (every night). The person asked if the shed could be moved - I told them I was a renter, the shed belonged to the owner and the owner/management company didn't want the shed touched nor did they want to pay to remove the possum so I was having to pay for the possum removal. The person said it would be hard to catch the possum without removing the shed, and he'd call back to schedule a time to set the trap. I never received a call back or a return call to my additional three phone calls/text messages.

+ -1 moreI had originally contacted him for the gopher problem. I also learned that he did other pest control services as well. After he got rid of the gophers, we talked about spiders, fleas and termites. He did spray the entire outside of my home for spiders and he said fleas as well, but i think he only did spiders. I called him the next day and asked him if we could make an appointment for him to come and check out any termites and damages. He said he would come the next day and check for me. He never showed up. I called him two days later and asked him what happened. He apologized and said that he would come the following Monday. He told me he would text me what time. It is about 4 days later and I still have not heard from him. I will use him for the gopher problem, but probably not any other issues. It is only fair to say that he did show up right away (same day) on the initial call for the gophers.
Description of Work: We had a bad problem with gophers an I know he had helped my mom get rid of her gophers. He came and did get rid of my gophers too.

+ 0 moreI have used them for years. The business is family owned and run. They do the job well. They are consistant, and on time. You just can't beat EZ Gophers!
Description of Work: I use EZ Gophers Pest Control. I have a monthly contract with them, and they were here a couple of weeks ago. They take care of the gophers, and the rats. They put bait in rat traps, and they set over an acre of traps. They also do some termite work. EZ Gopher will also treat the inside of your home if you have a termite or rat problem.
