It went well. They did quite a bit of work for me, and they did a good job. The owner was involved. I wouldn't jump up and rave about it, but it was good to have somebody there who could crack the whip.

The representative arrived on time and made the measurements. A quote was mailed within the week of the cost.

Satisfied with their service. I would have appreciated hearing from them what days they were going to be here. Once they did show up they did a pretty good job.

The business owner came out with his son who works with him. Both were very nice however the father made the homeowner uncomfortable by his questions. We have surveillance systems through out the house and property. When I told them to have a seat in the living room, the father followed me into our office. He asked if a celebrity lived in the home and who it was. When I told him if we decided to go forward with the service we would disclose who the owner was at that time. He then told me to whisper who it was and he would read my lips. I laughed it off but he kept on, and was making a whispering motion with his own mouth which was odd. As they were leaving he suggested that I go watch fireworks in Oxnard, and when I said it wasn't my thing he made a face. Aside from the owner, I am the decision maker of the household and I thought his behavior was a bit too playful and disrespectful.

I think they are very good. They are fair. They are clear on what is going to happen and what they are assessing and how they are assessing, so there is no funny business. I would grade them highly across the board. I would use them again in the future.

I have a large deck over my patio. They were very professional. Whenever I pointed out an issue, they took care of it. I would rate them high for the price based on the bids that I had.

Mr. James owned the company and he came over in person. I had dealt with him in the past regarding the termites and I was happy with the results during the first time. I called them back for this job. He sent his workers to remove the old insulation in the attic. They cleaned, dusted and put the new insulation.

They were wonderful. They were on time, were tidy, very friendly while they were here and respected my property and also inside of my house. They were very nice.

After treating all infested locations, the tech took me around the house and identified every area that needed work.

They got here early and that was great. We had to have them come back to spruce up something that they didn't do to my dad's satisfaction but they did come out to fix it.

They did an excellent job. I did not have a problem scheduling and they were on time. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. They are professional and responsive.

James Clifton was very thorough, informative, and helpful in all aspects of the inspection and treatment. They were late on the day of the treatment, due to personnel illnesses (I would like for them to have called), but they were very efficient and finished in a timely manner. I am please with the results.

I WAS HAPPY OVERALL WITH THE SERVICE. TERMITES WERE VISIBLE IN THE SAME AREA TWO WEEKS AFTER SERVICE. IT TOOK A COUPLE OF CALLS FOR AIM HIGH TO TREAT AREA AGAIN UNDER WARRANTY.
