MODERN CARPET CLEANING

We were very happy with the results of this service. Two large bulges in the carpet had developed over time and the carpet had to be re-installed and cut down in order to get rid of the bulges. The whole living area was also cleaned.

It was a very large 5 piece sectional and was a big and difficult job. Other people told us it could not be done with out leaving water marks. However, they did it and now the sofa looks great. David is absolutely wonderful. David looked at some carpet that had faded from sunlight under 2 windows and stated that they do carpet patching and gave me a price. I also showed him 1 3" circle stain and a rust stain and he told me they could take care of that. I made an appointment. They called me back and said the owner had determined that the carpet would not be able to be patched due to the sun staining and cancelled my appointment, yet the owner never saw the carpet for himself. I was very upset as I was told that my carpet would be able to be patched and now it isn't. I was informed that David quit the company, which was disappointing since he did such a great job.

Extremely well. Carpets were in bad shape and the previous two cleaning companies failed so miserable we figured we were going to have to replace them. They were fast, efficient, reasonable and thorough. Most stains did not come back as was case with previous carpet cleaners. The owner of the business spent time with us explaining the best ways to deal with spills and stains. He was professional and very personable. Would definitely use them again.

We felt confident leaving a key for the technician because we were not able to be home during the cleaning appointment. Our carpet is soft and fluffy, and most importantly - clean and healthy. I will not use another carpet cleaning company in Chico!
