Description of Work: Basic diagnostic testing.

Description of Work: My husband attempted to surprise me by buying me a new laptop, just for the heck of it. We already have 2 (one 4yr old laptop and a newer netbook from Costco). The NEW computer he picked out Dot Com computers had a virus on it! So, the company allowed my husband to pivk out another one, with a $200 discount. When my husband told me about all of this, I was sorely upset, to see the least and to put it mildly. First, I have had my laptop for 4years (purchased from EBAY) without any trouble at all. The minute i start to have trouble (a virus in June 2010) I tried Dot Com Computers. They charged an arm and a leg to repair it, held it for 5 days giving me conflicting information ('we ran a diagnostic, we didnt run a diagnostic, we cant find anything wrong, we found a virus'i think....) Now, he picks out a 'brand new' computer and it instantly has a VIRUS on it. So, he picks out another one and after i get mad at him for trying to buy a 3rd computer that we dont need, and for trying to buy it from THEM, he went in and told DOT COM that he changed his mind and doesnt want the computer anymore. WELL - THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE HIM A $65 SET UP FEE FOR THE NEW COMPUTER!!!!!! it never even left the store! he never even got his fingerprints on the thing! AND HE PAID IT! I will never go to DOT COM computers again and I will tell everyone i come into contact with to do the same.
