+ -1 moreMainly I am upset because this person was curt and continually changed his story about what each price incurred was for. I must say he did give me a $10 senior discount after I noticed that this was a discount offered. He will not charge by the time but instead, says he must charge by the service performed.
Description of Work: Service person came and was at my house for approximately 1.5 hours during which time he took a piece of ice out of back freezer compartment and said my drain pan was cracked. He refused to let me pay him that day and said he would check drain pan cost. When I spoke to him the next day, he quoted drain pan cost of $59. I said I would order it myself through Sears and did so. At which time, I determined the drain pan cost $15 so I called him back to ask if he would adjust his bill. He then stated the $59 was the cost of diagnosing the problem and the extra money was for the time spent at my home.
