My home insurance company stopped doing business in California and my Insurance Company dropped the ball and did not find a,replacement in time so my insurance lapsed. I found an insurance company but they required a 4 point home inspection. NorCal immediately responded. Due to the age of the home, I had to update my electrical system. The inspector explained why my 1960 system needed to be upgraded and I am very grateful that I had the inspection with a very responsive and knowledgeable inspector. I will use them again to confirm my contractor's work.
