They did a good job. They had to come on a different day than we agreed to because of rain, but that means I wasn?t there to explain how I wanted the job finished. It was 95% done the way I wanted and I just did touchups.

They are excellent. I've used them a few times. I was given a detailed quote on exactly what they were going to do and the price. They filled up when they were supposed to fill up with a long job. They finished the job. They broke a part of my fence, but they came back and fixed it. They did follow up to make sure I was happy with the job that they did. They cleaned up.

Erick came out to give me an estimate, was prompt and answered all of my questions regarding a very subjective need of mine to prune a heritage oak right out my back door. I needed an aggressive pruning of this tree due to it's location to my roof/ back door. I knew that an arborist might be more on the conservative side (due to the other estimates I had already obtained) so I was very outspoken about my concerns/wants with this pruning. Erick used a laser pointer and went limb by limb, discussing each major branching of the tree and what he could do to make my desires come true. Erick and his crew of 3-4 showed up on the day chosen, but were late due to another job. That still worked for me as I had cleared my whole day for this work. Erick stayed on the job while the major tree limbs were pruned, and I was able to stay and watch/consult for this part of the job, which gave me peace of mind, as once cut, you're stuck! I had not done this on the other pruning job of this tree 8 years before, and was not satisfied that my tree had as much taken off as I had wanted, so this time, staying for the major pruning portion worked out well. Clean up was adequate, I knew I was going to clean my gutters on that side of the house, so while the major brush/bits were cleaned up, the sawdust and tiny branches on the roof were my only leftovers to do myself. I appreciated that Erick called when he knew he was going to be later on the start time of my job, and also liked that his work trucks were clean, professional looking. I will be referring him to all my neighbors, as we live in an area of large trees on the properties, and of course, will be calling him back to work on my 11 other oaks in the future! They have a contractor's license, they are insured and bonded. They have a certified arborist on staff and I like them very much, they are very good. They responded, gave a good estimate and they are very, very professional.

It was a very positive and happy outcome for both my trees and myself!

THERE WAS A CREW OF ABOUT 5-8 MEN WORKING ON THE TREES. THEY WERE CAUTIOUS IN CUTTING THE TREES BECAUSE OF THE HEIGHT AND WEIGHT. THE CREW DID TAKE CARE SO AS NOT TO DAMAGE THE SURROUNDING LANDSCAPE AND FENCING. THEY DID CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
