Chris Chapman, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and honest in his assessment of what needs to be done to maintain and optimize the beauty of trees. We have a large piece of property and have used his services many times. He has often told us when work that we thought was needed was not necessary. In addition, his advice and service transformed our yard from an overgrown mishmash of limbs to a beautiful park-like setting. His employees are always courteous and leave the yard with no debris. He will always be the one we use.

Used them a couple of times. Prices were not consistent between the times I used them. Once was very competitive and the other was much less so. They don't guarantee work like stumping (fully disclosed). Easier ones were done well but hard ones were not (one of the trees is constantly trying to grow back).

I only had an estimate done because of a referral from a neighbor. I had already had 3 other estimates for tree removal. My encounter was only in the initial contact to make an appointment for the estimate so I cannot vouch for their services. The person seemed really busy as he did not want to come at a time when I was available and instead just offered to come without anyone present in my home. Instead he said he would just walk into my backyard on his own (because a neighbor referred him I thought it would probably be ok) and leave an estimate in my door. That's it. It didn't seem like he had time to answer any questions. I cannot say whether I'd use their services because I went with another company simply because my initial experience with their representative was unprofessional and unpleasant.

We did not go with them; however, they could not have been nicer to us. I liked them a lot. I had a coupon for them that would have given me some money off the price. They were pretty close to being the lowest bid. We have actually used them in the past. I went with another company only for political reasons as I wanted to make sure I get the permission to remove the tree. If it were not for this reason, I would have gone with Horticulture Services. We have always been interested in them. They were very professional and followed up to see if we wanted to go with them. When I told them the reason for not going with them they were pretty cool with it. Earlier they have done a great job on another tree.

They arrived on time and did the work very quickly. After they were done, Chris came back to check on the crew's work. All the trees looked like they had a good haircut. They were trimmed but not hacked back to little stumps. All the questionable and loose branches were removed.
