+ -1 moreThey cleaned off the waste and stain, thoroughly rinsed off the chemicals used; treated the deck with animal repellent; and then covered the deck rails in chickenwire to prevent the raccoons from coming back. If the raccoons do return, and leave more waste, CSC will repeat the clean at no charge. Chris gave a per-job estimate over the phone (rather than an hourly rate), and we scheduled for CSC to come out two days later. A crew of 3 arrived, and got right to work. Chris had estimated 6-7 man-hours, and that's how long it took.
Description of Work: Clean raccoon waste off an upper story deck, remove all waste, residue and stains, in compliance with whatever laws apply to biohazards, and do something to keep raccoons away in the future.
