Tom, the project manager, was always available to deal with any questions or issues and/or suggestions. I was always kept informed about progress. I am very satisfied with their work. It was excellent, especially the tile in my bathrooms. Don't hesitate to work with them.

Bay Home Remodeling just finished replacing my tub with a low threshold step-in shower and my standard toilet with a higher, ADA compliant one. Everything came out exactly the way I wanted. I live in a condo so there are limits to what I can change, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Bay Home Remodeling aqgain. Gal, part owner and lead contractor, is a dream to work with: professional and friendly, reliable, honest, clear and accommodating, on and on. He listened to what I wanted, offered a varieties of solutions (after all, he's the expert), checked in daily to make sure his workers were on track, dealt with all the paperwork and inspections needed and generally made my project seamless. Gal and his workers were respectful of my home and were always careful about Covid precautions, never making me feel nervous about them working in my home. Bay Home Remodeling wasn't the lowest bid (it wasn't the highest either), but when you have workers in your home for two weeks+, you want to be confident that the work will be done properly and on time, and want to be on the same page as your contractor. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Bay Home Remodeling.

The entire process went extremely smoothly. Gal was great to work with. He made sure I understood the process and the next steps, and was able to guide me on what needed to be purchased for the job and the best place to find these supplies. Everything came in on budget and the job was finished on time.

We remodeled our home in Oakland in April of 2019. We are more than pleased with the result! The outstanding part of the project was the hands-on work of the team. The project managers were attentive to detail and full of good ideas, too! The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. In every way, the process was smooth and enjoyable. It was our pleasure to welcome them into our home!
