They have been very good. They always knock to let you know they are there. We negotiated an extremely reasonable budget with them. He did work with me. They are very good. I am extremely satisfied.

Clayton came out and thoroughly inspected outside, inside, and under the house. I was mailed a detailed report. Luckily he found no termite damage. There were some dry rot issues on the patio that will have to be repaired before the house is painted. He also found some fungus damage under the shower in one of the bathrooms. Clayton ran the water and crawled back under the house at least 2 more times to determine if there was a current leak. The damage was listed in the report as a section 1 item that would cost about $5500. to repair. He verbally told me that since there was no active leak and the bottom wasn't about to fall out of my shower, the repair could wait until I remodeled my old 1950's bathroom. I appreciate the extra effort to determine the true extent of the damage.

The ZAP inspector arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He did an extremely detailed inspection - better than we have had on any previous properties. Within a couple of days, ZAP provided a detailed report of recommendations on work to be done and associated costs. We elected to have ZAP personnel perform all of the necessary repair work (wood replacement due to fungus and dry rot). Their repair person was on time, professional and skilled in the construction repairs. We have a 2 story victorian house, so there was some degree of difficulty in the repair work. ZAP employees are uniformed, professional and careful with your property. The work was completed per the original schedule and the quoted costs were met.
