My computer was cleaned of all viruses and malware, Hard drive upgrade makes my computer run more efficiently, and the Laptop I bought is a trooper. Nik was very detailed in explaining his work and understood what I was looking for,

They know what they are doing, they come on time, they don't mess around. They give you a written receipt.

Nik came to our house on time and got right to work. He tried several things before he suggested that we get a new router. He installed the new router. This process took awhile but he stuck with it and didn't leave until we were 100% satisfied with how our computer was running. He also re-installed our wireless printer and cleaned up our system so that it runs MUCH faster. Thanks Nik!!!!

I was a walk-in at his shop. I needed a two prong laptop power cord for its power supply that my wife had left at a vacation residence. He stated that it would only come with a complete packaged power supply but would search if he had the piece by itself. Although the plug-in into the power supply was slightly different, he assured it would work. It does, saving at least $60 that would have required the other fix for the solution..

He came on time and got right to work. Soon he had told us what was wrong etc. Very professional.

We have been using Robert for our computer needs for more then five years. He is our go-to guy for any computer questions. He is extremely knowledgeable. We have sent our friends to him and they have all been satisfied. His pricing is fair and he really knows his business. He set up our in home network after the ATT&T folks completely messed up their work. He has also set up each of our computers when we have bought new ones. We recommend him very highly. The price above reflects the set up of our latest laptop (i.e. transfer of the data from previous computer, checking all systems, etc.).

Robert arrived on time ready to work. Had all his equiptment and got started immediately. He explained exactly what he was doing in a way I could understand. He was very nice and personable. I feel like I know him well because he writes column for the Orangevale News&Review answering readers Computer questions. Great experience, has not needed to come back.
