Description of Work: We hired a painting contractor to paint our house, but not Superior Exteriors. We began driving around our neighborhood to get some inspiration for choosing paint colors. We found a house where we really loved the paint colors. We knocked on the door, and the home owner was very kind and told us and that he couldn't remember the name of the paint colors, but provided me the name of his contractor, which was Superior Exteriors Painting. The homeowner told me that he was sure his contractor would be able to share the name of the colors with me. When I contacted Superior Exteriors, I told him that I was hopeful that I could use the same colors, because I really liked them, and inquired as to if he knew what the colors were that he used (I provided the name of the homeowner and the address, and some very memorable keys so I know that Larry knew who I was talking about). Larry was extremely rude. He told me he wouldn't ever help out by giving me the paint colors, and basically told me forget it. Now, I realize that I had not hired Larry as my contractor. I readily told him that. HOWEVER, I was NOT asking him to do any work, or go out of his way. All I needed was less than ONE MINUTE of his time to tell me the name of the paint color he used. To me, this is a very selfish, unkind person who isn't willing to help someone out. I think that speaks poorly of his character and I want others to know about that.

Description of Work: chalked where needed and painted house using two colors of kelly-moore paint.everyone was on time in morning. covered plaints and windows & doors so as not to get paint on them. cleaned up the area when finished. very professional.
