Description of Work: a complete review of large yard with multiple systems- goal to reduce overall water consumption while still supporting key growing areas. tasks performed: raised sprinkler heads in grown out areas, extended sprinkler lines to uncovered areas, prioritized water distribution to high impact landscape area, replaced non working or clogged valves, replaced leaking sprinkler lines, integrated overlapping sprinkler lines, added drip lines to pots and narrow yard areas, adjusted heads to minimize house and sidewalk contact .

 + -1 moreBill and Casey were able to come over nearly right away. I was afraid I had a broken sprinkler line or a drainage issue because the grass in one area was soaked, but they determined we needed the valve replaced. They also tightened the sprinkler heads a bit. I also felt the coverage wasn't adequate and they redirected the sprinkler heads to provide better coverage.
Description of Work: Replaced a valve in the back yard and tightened sprinkler heads.

Description of Work: We have been using Bill for 12 years for miscellaneous electrical work. One project consisted of installing five outlets and three celing fans on our back patio. Another project was to install circuits to and four outlets on our front porch to handle our holiday lighting. Another was installing circuits to and lights in several closets. From time to time we need outlets, circuit breakers, ballasts, gfi units replaced. On average we use Bill about twice a year.
