Sac Valley Pool Service, Inc. serves the major Sacramento Area. Our service area covers from Elk Grove to Lincoln, from West Sacramento to El Dorado Hills and everywhere in between. We are extensively trained in pool chemistry, salt pools, repairs and equipment upgrades. We are a warranty station for Pentair, Sta Rite, Hayward, Aqua Logic and Pro Logic. We have the resources to handle all of your pool needs. We are licensed, bonded and insured to protect you and provide you with the best trained and professional pool service staff available.

When I noticed leaking drain, I called Sac Valley Pool company to see if they do repairs; fortunately they do since I trust them with my regular weekly service. Teck said due to lengthy sun exposure, the hard plastic tends to crack. He suggested I run the pump only a few hours each day; he got serial number, ordered the specialty part, and replaced the cap when it came in. Works as it should and I set pump back to regular daily schedule.

After a house fire and rebuilding, the filters in my 1-year-old pool were caked with construction gunk; after cleaning, they looked new again; in the month and a half of service, the chemicals are finally stabilized. The main reason for hiring Sac Valley Pool Service is that they work with pool installers and therefore know about all the types of equipment. I so appreciate each of the technicians expertise and understanding of my newish equipment.

Quick and easy install. Easy to use!
Description of Work: Replaced Pentair Intelli-touch wireless remote (was over 10 yrs old) with a Pentair ScreenLogic interface and wireless connection. Pool equipment and outdoor lighting is now done on my Iphone and iPad.

Description of Work: Jayson with Sac Valley Pool Service is great. We first contacted him to do a "start up" service after we re-plastered our pool. The scheduling on our end was a little up in the air, but Jayson was patient and willing to accommodate our timing. We were really worried about the water being balanced just right as to not ruin our new plaster, and everything worked out great. We were so happy with the service that we ended-up staying with Sac Valley for a monthly service, and so far, we've been pleased. (Prior to the plastering, we maintained the pool ourselves.) Jayson is very quick to respond and very helpful with questions, etc. Truly great customer service!
