+ -1 moreScott was professional and personable. He knew what he was talking about and was happy to share his knowledge. I changed my mind about a color a couple hours into the job and he was very patient and flexible. He also gave me an estimate on an exterior job while he was here. He never talked down to me or made me feel like I needed to watch him. I really enjoyed working with him. I thought the price was a bit high, but it was clear that you get what you pay for with his work. He was very neat, and there were no random splotches of paint on carpet or outlets or windows (I've had that problem with other painters). Overall I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Scott painted the walls in the master bedroom and the adjoining office. This included taping around the trim (there are ten windows in the rooms and several outlets).

+ 1 moreI was very surprised with S D Painting. I was very pleased. He was conscientious and even came on a Sunday morning because he thought the weather was going to be bad and he had to let the stain dry. He came and finished it up. He was just very good and very conscientious. He did a beautiful job. His price was comparable. I will absolutely use him in the future.
Description of Work: I used Scott Darrach at S D Painting to refinish my front door. My front door has 2 side panels with insets and he had to totally strip them, mend them in some cases, varnish them, and then refinish them.
