He wrote down a very detailed proposal of what he has going to do and very thorough on writing it down. They shown up at work as suppose to. Took of the old roof and put a new one. As far as I know they did a good job.

Our 25 year old shingle roof needed replacing so we called in 3 companies to do a quote. Joshua from Roof Life arrived on time and did the measurements and came back with a quote that was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive but he was thorough, gave a good presentation and answered our questions. The project was delayed by two days due to a previous job taking longer than anticipated. On the day of the removal of the old roof there was also a snafu as the crew started early at the wrong address so we were delayed another day. Joshua and his dad were quick to address the problem and the next day everything started on time. The tear off crew were fast, thorough and had the house covered in plywood by the end of the day. The gutter crew were professional and new gutters and down pipes were installed quickly. We also replaced a skylight which looks amazing! From start to finish the whole project took 3-4 days. It was obvious that the crew had worked together for a long time. The roof looks beautiful and we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend Roof Life Company.

I've called them multiple times to report my gutter issues. I've talked to there subcontractor two or three times. The subcontractor came out a few times to shorten my gutters at the bottom, he put some extensions that stick out. I've had minor flooding under home in the attached garage. The roof has given me no issues, however the gutters have been consistent issues. Its a real dilemma for me because I'd like to rate them high on the roof because of the issues with the gutters.

I wanted to wait until we?ve had plenty of rain before I provided a review of work done in November. We had some ceiling damage due to a leak in the roof and contacted Roof Life. I spoke to someone on the first call and scheduled an estimate the next week. They came out on schedule and provided an estimate. The estimator found numerous issues that were causing water to get into the ceiling. They arrived as scheduled and spend 8-9 hours replacing damaged tar paper with newer materials, widening gutters, repairing sky light flashings, repairing cracked tiles and cleaning the gutters. They were very professional, energetic and hard working. Now that we?ve had El Niño for a couple of months, I?m very happy with the results. We?ve had not leaks at all. I would recommend them to my neighbors.

Staff was responsive, courteous and professional. They cleaned up most of the rubbish and stuck with the job. If I were to do it again, I might contract for the solar separate from the roof. This roof will outlast me and the number of years I plan to spend here. Very pleased.

Recently we had a very large, high pitched shake roof that was 22 years old that needed replacement. Our friend who is a building inspector told us he thought Roof Life was the best company to do the job. We were glad to hear that because we already had a very good prior experience with Roof Life many years ago, when they had repaired, power-washed and re-stained our roof. We are very happy that we hired them again, this time for our new composition roof with gutters and gutter guards. The company's owner is very professional, ethical, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. He and all his workers spent all the time we needed to listen to our questions and concerns. During the re-roofing job, there was an unexpected and rather severe set-back due to major dry rot that was discovered within our covered patio's beams, posts and rafters, which had been hidden underneath stucco. This caused the foreman and his top assistant to have to quickly re-arrange the extended work load. Since the rains were coming, they worked tirelessly to repair all the patio dry rot and they finished the roof in time before the storms. It was nothing short of a miracle! The foreman and his assistant were so experienced and diligent throughout the process in making sure things were done right. We are very grateful to the company for their ethical standards and for all their hard work. Our new roof and new gutters are beautiful.

They very professional, The one thing that impressed me the most was that came with complete brochure They had a complete list of references, and they showed me were licensed bonded, and had workers compensation. Gave me a compete booklet on everything I needed.

Great company to work with. Showed up on time and stayed until the job was done and everything cleaned up and hauled away the same day.

Our insurance company came out and took pictures of our house and sent a letter that we had to repair the roof. We contracted Roof Life Company to do the work. They came our and spray washed repaired and sealed the roof. The insurance company came back out and took pictures and said they did not replace the shack singles that were bad and curved up. I got on the roof and check and found spots that had not even been sealed. They came back out after several phone calls and we should them the letter from the insurance company and re-did the work. They replace over 50 more shingles and re-sealed the roof were they had missed. This time they did not cover anything on the ground was a big mess but the insurance company did okay it this time.

Everyone from the company was excellent to deal with. Very responsive.

I got over 5 bids. I choose Roof life company based on price and there reputation. The service I recieved from the installation team was great. They did a great job on time and were very professional. The only complaint I have was I was charged an extra $420 for dry rott repair that I felt was not appropriate based on me meeting with the salesperson twice going over the dry rott problems and indentifying what needed to be replaced base on dry rott repair. My suggesting is to be real clear with the salesperson on any dry Rott repair and cost before you agree to a contract.20/2012

We love our new roof. Roof Life was one of six firms we received bids from for a new composite roof and removing and replacing vermin-infested attic insulation (it was BAD). Steve provided the estimate while we were still in the inspection period of our home purchase and was very helpful in educating us on the various composite roofing products. His office staff provided a list of references where we could see the product that interested us in the color we desired installed, which helped us in our decision making. While Roof Life was not the absolute lowest bidder, he was within 10% of the low bidder for the product we desired, and from the list of homes he'd installed our CertainTeed product, his firm had a lot of experience. Several of our new neighbors had also had Roof LIfe install their roofs and had highly positive things to say about the experience and the company, so we felt reassured that we were making a good choice. The crews were wonderful ... they showed up on time, worked very efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves each day before leaving. We also purchased and had Roof Life install our gutter screens, which are so much nicer than what was here previously. Steve or another Roof Life staffer always seem available to answer our questions or return our calls promptly before, during, and after the installation. The work they did for us on this project and their availability after the job is done defines the term "awesome service" in our book. We have and will continue to happily recommend Roof Life.

Excellent; professional, courteous, and prompt. I had used this roofing company for several years to maintain my wood shake roof until the end of its useful life, and decided to stick with the same company to replace the roof.

I was very happy with them. They did a very nice job and gave me exactly what I asked for. The price was fine. At one point I thought I had a leak so they came out and replaced part of the roof. We later found out it was not a problem with the roof at all. I would definitely use them again in the future.

THEY DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB. THEIR MEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WELL MANNERED. THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD AND THEN SOME. I NOW CONSIDER THEM AS FRIENDS.
